He is ill. 2) 表示持续某种状态的动词：keep, remain, stay, stand等 Eg: She always kept silent at meeting. Doing sports make you stay healthy. 3) 表像系动词：seem, look Eg: He looks tired. He seems (to be) very sad. 4) 感官动词：feel, smell, sound, taste, look等 Eg: This kind of cloth feels very soft. This flower smells very sweet. 5) 变化系动词：become, grow, get, go, 等 Eg: The bread has gone bad. 6. 区别：besides, except, except for, but besides: 包括在内，起强调作用， = as well as except: 同一类别比较，不包括在内 except for: 不同类别比较，不包括在内 but : 与except 用法相同，常与no one, none, nothing等连用 Unit 2 so + 助动词、情态动词、be动词 + 主语 “…也一样” so + 主语 + 助动词、情态动词、be动词 “的确如此” eg: They went to the supermarket yesterday, and so did we. -- He has done a good job. – So he has 注意： 如果前面是否定，则用neither / nor Eg : He couldn’t do it, and neither could she.
