AbstractThememoryisusedwidelyinmodernelectronicsystemdesign,andtheaccess speedandcapacityarealsorequiredtomeettheneedsofDDRSDRAM.The frequencyofDDRSDRAMinterfacecircuitisafewhundredMHZastheinner-core operatingfrequencyhasreachedseveralGHz,sotheinterfacecircuittechnologyhas becomeabottleneckintherapiddevelopmentofintegratedcircuits.Inordertosolve theproblem,aSSTLstandard betweentheDDRSDRAMandtheinner-corehas appeared.Basedon0.13μmstandardCMOStechnology,theSSTLinterfacecircuit thattheoperatingfrequencyis400MHshouldbedesignedand usedinmemory controller.First,thispaperintroducesthebackgroundandrelevanttheoriesofSSTL interfacecircuit,andthenpresentsaSSTLinterfacecircuitdesigns.TheSSTLI/O bufferandSSTLtimingcontrolcircuitaretwopartsofSSTLinterfacecircuit.SSTL I/Obuffercontainsinputbuffer,outputbufferandaterminalODT.Atestfunction andstaticelectricityprotectioncircuitaredesignedintheinputbuffer,andcurrent drivemodeisusedtoimprovethecircuitsoperatingfrequencyanddrivecapability ofoutputbuffer.Inordertopreventtheoutputsignalreflection,aterminalODTis integratedin theI/Obufferchip.SSTLtimingcontrol circuitcontainstwosub- moduleswhicharethedataandcontrollingchannel,adoptionofsymmetrymatching circuitdesigncanimprovetheaccuracyoftimingcontrol.Besides,theoutputand internalpowersupplycircuit areseparated,toavoid crosstalk betweenthepower suppliesandalsoreducecircuitpowerconsumption.Finally,theresultsofSSTL interfacecircuitsimulationandpost-layoutsimulationshowthattheperformanceof ourdesignisstable,andthedrivingabilitycanalsomeettherequirementsofSSTL standardunder400MHwithlowpowerconsumption.Keywords:DDRSDRAM,physicallayer,interfacecircuit,SSTL目录摘要............................................................................................................................IAbstract..........................................................................................................................II第1章绪论.................................................................................
