AbstractChinasautopartsmanufacturingindustryisfacingtheincreasinglytough competitions.Generally,thequalityofautopartsproductsofinternationalbrandsisbetter thandomesticbrands,aswellasthecompetitiveability.Therefore,it’simportantfor domesticenterprisestointroduceadvancedmanagementmethodstoenhancecompetitivenessandimproveproductquality.Thisthesisexploredthestrategyof implementingpolicymanagementbasedonaautopartcompanyinChinawhichwillbenefitforthedevelopmentofothercompanieswhentheywillintroducenew managementmethods.Thepolicymanagementaimstoachievethelong-termgoaloftheenterpriseswhilecombiningwiththeannualstrategy.Anditisascientificmanagementmethodby decomposinggoalsintosub-goalsandfullymotivatingtheemployees.Basedontheperspectiveofpolicymanagementtheoryandtheanalysisofcompetitiveenvironmentof theautopartsindustry,thisthesistooktheDFMotorPropellerShaftcorporateasthecaseandexploredtheprocessofthepolicy management implementation.It analyzedtheproblemsandcausesduringtheimplementationprocess.Finally,ittriedtoputforward somepracticalsuggestions.Theresultsofthisthesisindicatethatfirmsshouldfocusoncontinuouslyimproving managementphilosophy,tosetchallenginggoalsforthework.Thenthedataflow managementisimportantsothatfirmsshouldestablishagoodprocess-orienteddatamanagementforthefinalimplementationofthepolicies.Inaddition,firmsshould combinethekeyperformanceindicatorswithpolicyobjectivesandtakenecessaryand effectiveprocesscontroltoensurethegoalsrealization..Key words:Policy management,Auto part industry, Data management, Key performanceindicators目录摘要................................................................................................................IABSTRACT.....................................................................................................II目录.............................................................................................................III1绪论....................................................................................................
