Taking the use of the variable precision rough set can deal with the two uncertainties well including the time and the actual supply which are can not be predicted in emergency scheduling, making the model become more efficient. Finally, the objective function value of the model is optimized with the particle swarm optimization algorithm. (4) The emergency material vehicle distribution scheduling model based on variable precision rough set First of all, according to the characteristics of multi-depot, multi-demand point and single-resource, the emergency vehicle distribution scheduling model which has the shortest emergency response time to system and the least number of vehicles is established.Then, due to emergency reasons may be encountered on the way will be blocked, taking the use of the variable precision rough set can deal with the uncertainty well including the disdance which is can not be predicted in emergency scheduling, and making the model more efficient.
