AbstractAsthebasicproductiontooloftheequipmentmanufacturingindustry,theheavymachinetool,especiallythehigh-endheavymachinetool,carriesadvancedmanufacturingtechnologies,andisregardedastheworkhorsesoftheequipmentmanufacturingindustryandtheedgetooltodevelopthehigh-endequipmentmanufacturing.Fortherevitalizationoftheheavymachinetoolindustry,Chinahasgraduallyintroducedaseriesofsupportivepoliciestopromotetheadjustmentofindustrystructureandtheupgradeoftechnicallevelintheequipmentmanufacturingindustry.ManufacturingcapabilityofheavymachinetoolmanufacturingenterprisesinChinaisincreasing,thedevelopmentmomentumisstrong.Butcomparedwiththeworldadvancedenterprises,therestillexiststheobviousgap.ThebackwardnessofChineseenterprisesisnotonlytheproducttechnologyandequipment,butalsothelackofadvancedmanufacturingmodeandmanagementmechanism.Inordertoimprovethecompetitivenessandrealizethesustainedandstabledevelopment,heavymachinetoolmanufacturingenterprisesinChinashouldstrengthentheproductinnovationability,improvemanufacturingprocessdesignlevel,andatthesametime,theyshouldimprovetheproductionmode,establishandperfectthemanagementmechanism,andimprovetheenterprisesproductionefficiency.Onthebasisofreviewingtherelatedproductionefficiencytheoriesaboutthefactorsaffectingproductionefficiency,productionefficiencymanagementandsoon,thispaperanalyzestheenterprisesstatusquoofproductionmanagementfromthreeaspects,whicharemarketenvironment,producttechnologyresearchanddevelopmentandtheleadingproductsandproductionorganization.Itfindsthatthefactorsaffectingtheproductionefficiencyofenterprisesmainlyincludetwoaspects,whicharetechnologyandorganization,andcarriesonthethoroughanalysis.Accordingtotheanalysisofthestatusquoofproductionmanagementandfactorsaffectingproductionefficiency,findthatwiththeaggravationofthemarketcompetition,thecustomerdemandismorepersonalized,theproductdeliverycycleisshorter,andcompletesetrequirementishigherinQiqiharNo.TowMachineToolCo.,Ltd.Buttheenterprisestillexistsomeproblemsintheproductionef
