AbstractInrecentyears,thedevelopmentoftheInternetofThingshasbecomethehotspotsallovertheworld.Europe,theUnitedStates,Japan,Koreaandothercountrieshavesetthelong-termstrategyofthedevelopmentinIOT.TheChinesegovernmentalsoattachgreatimportancetothedevelopmentofIOTandhasmadegreatbreakthroughonthetechnologyRDarearankingintheleadinglevelintheworld.ButtheIOTindustrydevelopmentinourcountryisnotfullymature,andthereisnoparticipantsuchasserviceprovidersintheindustrychain.Thecooperationmechanismbetweenoperatorsandsystemsintegratorsisstillimperfect,whichseriouslyinfluencestheeffectiveresolutionofthecontradictionbetweenfragmentationofrequirementsandgoingtoscaleofproductsupply.Thusthisarticletakestheeffectivecooperationbetweennetworkoperatorsandsystemintegrationastheresearchpoint,andstudytheinfluencefactorsoftheircooperationin-depth.InallusiontothecollaborativeandcooperationofIOTservicechainparticipants,researchtheformationofcollaborativeworkandcooperationmechanismbetweenoperatorsandsystemintegrationinlong-termcompetitionandcooperationunderboundedrationalconditions.Firstweestablishoperatorsandsystemsintegratorscompetition-collaborationevolutionarygamemodel.Thenthefactorsaffectingthecooperationandtheallocationmechanismofcooperativeoperatingcostsandcooperationexcessprofitsareanalyzed.Thenumericalsimulationismadewithmatlab,andfurtherverifiesrelatedconclusions.Theprobabilityofbothsidescooperationtoprovideservicescooperationispositivelycorrelatedtoexcessprofits,independentservicecostsandpunishmenttobetrayalparty,andisnegativelycorrelatedtocooperationoperatingcosts,theprofitsincrementofbetrayedparty,andthecostofbetrayedparty.Existstheoptimalallocationproportionofexcessprofitsandcooperativeoperationscost,whichmakesthecooperationpossibilityofoperatorsandsystemsintegratorsmaximize.AndthenincombinationwiththeactualsituationoftheIOTmarket,weanalyzetheIOTcooperationmechanismincompetitionconditionsofmulti-operators.ThispaperappliestheevolutionarygametotheresearchoftheIOTcooperationmechanism,andh
