AbstractWith the establishment of quality management system in Chinas tobacco industry and gradually improved, its showing a good momentum of healthy and steady development of the tobacco industry. The 142 quality management system related to the Twelve-Five implementation of strategic objectives in Hubei tobacco. The key to the successful implementation of this system is the performance appraisal management and innovation.This thesis is based on performance management of human resources management theory, using empirical research methods to research the HBXT tobacco company performance appraisal system. First of all, the paper analysis the applications of performance evaluation in enterprise performance management on the basis of performance evaluation theory. Through the analysis of HBXT tobacco company performance appraisal, the thesis analysis the status quo in performance evaluation of the HBXT tobacco company. Then, focus on the 142 quality management system, the paper analysis the feasibility and necessity of the implementation of performance assessment in the HBXT tobacco company. And next, the thesis built the HBXT tobacco company performance appraisal system, designed assessment index and its weight, and advance a program on how to implement it. Finally, from traditional performance appraisal model, strong implementation and key performance indicators, the thesis made some countermeasures and suggestions about the implementation of the HBXT tobacco company the 142 quality management system.This thesis study on the performance appraisal system with HBXT tobacco company as the object of study, to translate the strategic objectives of HBXT tobacco company into action plans, increase the manage level of companys performance appraisal management, and in order to provide some reference in human resources management decision-making.Keywords： Tobacco companyThe 142 quality management systemPerformance appraisal目录摘要..................................................
