ABSTRACTABSTRACTThedeformationmeasurementhasbecomeahotpointinresearchofmeasurement.Manyresearchesaboutthe3Ddeformationmeasurementusingopticsmethodshavebeendoneinthepastdecades.DigitalSpecklePatternInterferometry（DSPI）andDigitalImageCorrelation（DIC）aretwowhole-field,non-contactexperimentaltechniquesthatenablerapidandhighlyaccurate3-Dmeasurementsofdeformation.DSPIsystemneedsaphase-shiftingsetupandrotatingthewholedevicefor3-Ddeformationmeasurement.Theseoperationsareespeciallyinconvenienttodataacquisitionofdeformationsinthreedirectionssimultaneouslyandincreasethesystemdeviation.DICsystemusingoneCCDcameracanacquire2-Dinformationofdisplacement.AnotherCCDcameraisdemandedtorecordspeckleimagesimultaneouslyfor3-Dmeasurement.ThematchingofimagesrecordedbytwoCCDcamerasmayintroduceextradeviation.Thecombinationofthetwotechniquesisaneffectivemethodtodiminishthesedeviationsandsimplifyexperiments.DSPIsetupforout-planemeasurementandDICsetupusingoneCCDcameraforin-planemeasurementconstituteonemeasurementsystem.Threedimensionsinformationofdeformationcanberecordedsimultaneously.Themaincontentsofthispaperaredescribedasfollowing：1）AreviewoftheDSPIandDICmethodfordeformationmeasurementispresented.Bothpotentialsandlimitationofthetwomethodsarelisted.CombinationDSPIandDICfor3Ddeformationmeasurementisproposed.Theexperimentofmeasuringanaluminiumsheetisdesignedtoconfirmtheadvantagesofthismeasurementsystem.AnoveldigitalimagesprocessingmethodwhichseparatessinglecolorimagesfromRGBspecklepatternispresentforthe3Dmeasurementmethod.Theseimagescanbeprocessedforgettingin-planeandout-planedisplacements.Threedimensionalinformationofdeformationcanbereconstructedthroughspecialmethodsofimageprocessingandthecontrastresultsofthesemethodsarepresentedcompletely.Keywords:DigitalSpecklePatternInterferometry,DigitalImageCorrelation,3Ddeformationmeasurement,subpixelsearchingII目录第1章引言...............................................................................................11.1课题研究背景及意义...............................
