Abstractobjective:Studyhasconfirmedthatintracerebralhemorrhageredbloodcellsdissolvedinthereleaseofhemoglobin(Hb)andHbdegradationproductsplayanimportantroleintheformationofbrainedemaafterICH.Haptoglobin(Hp)isanimportantcomponentintheblood,andHbtoformtightnon-covalentcomplexesHb-ofHp,Hbdegradationwasinhibited.ThissuggeststhatHpinhibitedtheformationofbrainedemaafterICH.ThissubjectisintendedtoremoveorplusafterHpHbanditsmetabolitecontentinexperimentalintracerebralhemorrhagemodelhematomaandhematomasurroundingbraintissuewatercontent,blood-brainbarrierchangesintheSDratbrainstudiesofautologouswholebloodinflammatorycytokines,therelationshipbetweenfreeradicalformation,aimofHpintheeffectandmechanismoftheformationofbrainedemaafterICH,thepathophysiologicalmechanismsofcerebralbleedingandlookingfornewtreatmentsofgreatsignificance.Methods:100200-250gadultmaleSDratswererandomlydividedintofourgroups:shamgroup(25),cerebralhemorrhage(25)Hpremovalgroup(n=25)intheinterventiongroup(25Hp).Eachgroupwasdividedintothepostoperative1d,3d,7d,14d,21doffivesubgroups,eachsubgroupof5.①shamoperationgroup:thestereotacticratcaudatenucleusinjectedwithsaline50ulproduction.2patientswithcerebralhemorrhage:thestereotacticratcaudatenucleusinjectionofautologouswholeblood50ulproduction.③Hpremovegroup:100ultailstotakeblood,affinitychromatographyremovalofHp.Stereotacticratcaudatenucleusinjectiontoremove50ulproductionafterHpautologouswholeblood.④TheinterventiongroupofHp:tailblood100ulbyaddingtheappropriateamountthe100ulrequiredforHpLyophilizedPowderstereotacticcaudatenucleusofratsinjectedplusHpautologouswholeblood50ulproduction.Accordingtothedifferenttimebrokenneckafterratsweresacrificed,andthecarefulseparationofthebrainandhematomasamplesanddealtwithaccordingly(1)observationofthecontentofHbandHbdegradationproducts(hemoglobin,CO,iron,bilirubin)inthefourgroupsatdifferenttimeshematomachanged.Immunohistochemicalanalysisandspectrophotometry.②Thechangesinthefourgroupsatdifferenttimeshematomasurroundingbraintissuewaterco
