rare earth listing Corporation for five consecutive years, including ST and *ST of 6 companies, 25 non ST companies as the research object, selects 25 reflect the enterprises financial situation and the future development capacity index, and through the T test to screen out 14 different indicators of the difference was significant, the dimensionality reduction process by the method of principal component analysis, and finally into 7 principal components; through the Logistic regression analysis of financial early warning model, the influence of 7 main components of financial risk; the model is proved to be scientific and rational.
