摘要摘要联合国作为当今世界最大的国际组织系统，其托存的文献资源涉及学科广泛、内容 权威、载体周全，是人们了解联合国及其附属机构的重要渠道，也是专家学者从事外交 外事及国际组织方面研究的重要参考，更是政府机关制定外交政策、开展国际事务的重 要依据。联合国托存文献作为托存图书馆的特色馆藏资源得到有效地组织管理，并为广 大用户方便使用，这不仅是联合国图书馆对各托存图书馆的要求，也是各托存图书馆特 色馆藏建设和资源共建共享的重要组成部分。本研究在了解联合国托存文献的特点和近年来联合国托存文献管理的理论研究基 础上，结合目前文献资源组织管理的前沿理论和技术，对联合国托存文献这一特色资源 的接收与托存、组织与揭示、管理与利用等方面进行了体系化的研究。联合国托存文献的有效管理，主要的原则就是把握特殊性、促进兼容性。联合国托 存文献的有效管理首先就是要掌握联合国文献的特殊性和一般特征，保证联合国托存文 献收集的齐全性和丰富度。托存图书馆对文献的组织是管理好该文献的重要工作，包括 掌握联合国托存文献的特有编号、联合国叙词表同中图法主题词表的异同，明确托存文 献的编目方法和组织原则，保证托存文献组织工作人员的基本素质，以更加合理的典藏 方式进行排架和保存，制定既有利于管理又有利于利用的专门借阅制度等。同时，各托 存图书馆之间的合作，通过托存文献为基础的特色馆藏的共建共享，进而探索托存图书 馆联盟建设的原则、功能、制度、目的等。最终，通过制度的规范、托存图书馆自身管 理方式的改进、各托存图书馆的有机联合三维一体地进行联合国托存文献的管理，给用 户提供更加丰富、快捷、专业的文献资源。关键词联合国文献托存图书馆文献管理资源共建共享AbstractAbstractAs the biggest international organization in the world of today, the United Nations (hereinafter referred to as the UN) has deposited document resources which contain broad fields of subjects, authoritative contents and complete carriers.
