认知行为干预对预防人工流产综合征影响分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨认知行为干预对预防人工流产综合征的作用。方法 将600例行人工流产术的孕妇随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组采取常规护理,干预组予以认知行为干预护理,通过评定孕妇接诊时和手术前的焦虑状态、测量手术前后血压、心率的变化,及统计出现人工流产综合征的人数,比较两组间的差别。结果 干预组孕妇血压、心率的变化较对照组更为平稳,出现人流术综合征的人数也明显减少,在焦虑状态方面,虽两组患者在手术前均有改善,但干预组焦虑状态的下降更为明显,两组相比有统计学上的差异。结论 应用认知行为干预模式,较常规护理能更有效地缓解孕妇的焦虑情绪,减轻术中疼痛体验,有助于降低人流综合征的发生。 　　【关键词】 认知行为干预;预防;人工流产;人工流产综合征;护理 　　 　　The effect of the cognition behavior intervention on the prevention of induced abortion syndrome 　　 　　YE Cai-yun,ZHU Dong-mei,et al.Xixiang People’s Hospital of Baoan District,Shenzhen 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of cognitivebehavior intervention on the preventing of induced abortion syndrome. Methods 600 pregnant women who underwent induced abortion operation wererandomly divided into control group and intervention group.The women in controlgroup were treated by routine care,however,the women in intervention group weretreated by cognition behavior intervention.The pregnant women’s anxious condition in the time of diagnosis and before surgery,the changes of blood pressure and heart rate before and after operation,and the incidence of induced abortionsyndrome were observed and compared between the two groups.Conclusion As compared with those in control group,the blood pressure and heart rate of pregnant women were more steady in intervention group,and the incidenceof induced abortion syndrome was also obviously decreased.At the aspect of anxious condition,both groups had obvious improvement before the surgery,but the decrease of anxious condition in intervention group was more obvious than that of control group.There was a significant difference between two groups.Conclusion The cognitive behavior intervention could reduce the pregnant woman’s anxious cognition more effectively and could relieve the sore experience duringthe surgery,which is helpful to reduce the occurrence of induced abortion syndrome. 　　【Key words】 Cognitive behavior intervention;Prevention;Induced abortion;Induced a
