the speed was set at 15m/min,20m/min, 30m/min,35m/min，35m/min from the first week to thefifth week respectively. Each day they were given 20 mins long of exercise for once, and six days altoget her for a week. During the training, the weigh of mice was tested once a week. At the end of the training of the fifth week, the time was reconded for each group. The next day, the mice were cut off the head, and they were tested the mount of SOD, C AT, GSH-PX and MDA in the liver, lung and kidney of mice in ever y group.Findings :concer ning the weight of mice, those quiet mice taking seabuckthorn oil were compared with quiet mice, and those mice taking sports and seabuckthorn were compared with those taking sports and saline, and P0.05. It mea ns seabuckthorn oil doesn’t have much influence on the weight of mice.After five weeks’ training of incremental load test on treadmill, group of quiet mice taking seabuckthorn oil and group of mice taking seabuckthorn and sports are both higher tha n the correspond ing group with P0.05. The same is with the comparing result of the second grade pollution of sulfur dioxide and that with sports,and the third grade pollution of sulfur dioxide and that with sports.Quiet mice taking seabuckthorn oil and those which didn’t, mice taking sports and those taking sports and saline ，mice under the second grade pollution with sulfur dioxide and takingsports and seabuckthorn oil and those under the second grade pollution with sulfur dioxide and taking sports, mice under the thir d grade pollution with sulfur dioxide and taking sports and seabuckthorn oil and those under the third grade pollution with sulfur dioxide and taking sports were compared, and the result showed that bioact ives of SOD, C AT, GSH-PX increased dramatica lly in the three organs of mice, namely liver, lung and kidney, but the mount of MDA dropped noticeably.
