农村寄宿制学校教师流失问题研究——以内蒙古自治区xx县为例-study on the loss of teachers in rural boarding schools - taking xx county, inner mongolia autonomous region as an example
中 文 摘 要近年来,随着我国农村教育事业的发展,农村教师素质也相对提高, 但是在农村教师队伍建设中仍存在着一些突出问题,特别是教师流失的 问题。对于农村教育的发展而言,农村教师流失直接影响学校的教育教 学活动和学生的成长与发展,从而在一定程度上制约我国农村地区教育 的发展。本研究以内蒙古 XX 县为例,通过实地调查,了解该县六所农村寄宿 制学校教师流失的情况、重在把握教师流失的现状、分析教师流失的原 因,并在此基础上提出解决农村教师流失的对策与建议。本研究共分为五个部分: 第一部分为引言。主要介绍了选题的缘由、选题的目的和意义、研究现状、研究内容及研究方法。第二部分是 XX 县农村寄宿制学校教师流失情况的调查。这部分内容 选取了 XX 县六所农村寄宿制学校为样本学校,通过问卷调查和访谈等方 法,全面了解并描述样本学校教师流失的基本情况。第三部分是 XX 县农村寄宿制学校教师流失的原因分析。通过对调查 数据的分析与探讨,进一步讨论 XX 县农村寄宿制学校教师流失的外部因 素和内部原因,发现社会因素、学校因素是导致农村寄宿制学校教师流 失的外部因素;而教师工作量超负荷,收入与付出不成正比、教师职业 倦怠及教师自身存在的因素则是导致农村寄宿制学校教师流失的内部因 素。第四部分是对策和建议。该部分根据 XX 县农村寄宿制学校教师流失 的原因,提出解决农村教师流失问题的相应对策和建议,包括提高教师 地位,缓解教师压力、完善相关制度、切实提高农村寄宿制学校教师的 待遇,稳定教师队伍、提升教师自身的专业发展。第五部分是结语。根据本研究的调查,发现农村寄宿制教师的流失 问题的原因有多方面,所以,要想解决农村寄宿制学校教师流失问题需 要学校和社会等各方面的共同努力。关键词:农村寄宿制学校,教师流失,现状,对策ABSTRACTIn recent years, the rapid development of Chinas rural education, teacher quality is also enhanced, but in the ranks of teachers in rural areas there are still many outstanding issues, especially teachers drain. From the development of rural education, the loss of rural teachers directly affect the growth and development of education in rural schools and students, thus limiting the development of education in Chinas rural areas.In this study, xx county, Inner Mongolia, for example, through field surveys, to understand the situation of the rural countys six-loss boarding school teachers, focusing on the status of teachers grasp the loss, the cause of the loss of teachers, and on this basis propose appropriate stabilize rural boarding teachers, suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen the construction of teachers in rural areas.The study is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction.
