ResearchonSupervisionandManagementofFarmers’ParticipationintheNewRuralCooperativeMedicalSystemAbstractObjective:Tounderstandthesupervisionstatusoffarmers’participationinthenewruralCMSinthepilotcounties,analyzetheexistingproblemsandtheadoptedstrategiesandmeasures,andanalyzethemainfactorsinfluencingthefarmers’participationinthemonitoring,whichwillserveasthebasisandreferencefordecision-makingtostrengthenthefarmers’participationinthesupervisionofnewruralCMS,andfacilitatethehealthyandsustainabledevelopmentofthenewruralCMS.Methods:96pilotcounties(cities)wereselectedamongtheadvancednewnationalagriculturepilotcounties(cities,districts),andthefirstbatchofmedicalcooperationpilotcounties(cities)astheresearchsites,thebasicsituationandregulatorystatusquoofthepilotcountieswereinvestigated,staffinthehandlingagencywererequestedtofilloutandsendbackthequestionnairewithinthespecifiedtime.Atthesametime,jobloggings,relatedsummaries,articlespublished,relevantpoliciesandotherwrittendocumentsconcernedastotheexperiencesandpracticesoffarmers’participationinthesupervisionofCMSwerecollected.SiteinvestigationchosetwovillagesamplesinYuexiCounty,AnhuiProvince.Aninvestigationatrandomisusedtoresearchamong108farmersbycondensingquestionsanddeeplyindividualinterviews.Results:①Theproportionoffarmerrepresentativesandtheratiooftheactualparticipantsintownship-levelmanagementandmonitoringcommitteewerehigherthanthecorrespondingcounty-levelinstitutions;②Basedontheintentionssurveyofthepersonnelinthecounties(cities)handlingagencies,thetopthreeareasrequiringthemonitoringofthefarmerswerereimbursement88.54%,chargingofmedicalinstitutions69.79%,andtheuseoffund63.54%;③County,townshipandvillagelevelshavedifferentfocusonthecontentofpublicity.Theoverallsituationofcompensationforreimbursementrankfirstinthecountyandtownshippublicizedinformation,whilethevillage-levelputpriorityonthedetailedinformationofthepatientsreceivingcompensation;④Informationpublicitysystemistheprincipalmeansoffarmersparticipatinginthenewruralcoopera
