摘要改进和创新高校思想政治教育载体是新时期我们所面临的艰巨任务。随着大学生生活、学习、工作等环境的变化，高校思想政治教育效果也日益成为社会各界关注的焦点，如何在新的历史条件下做好高校思想政治教育工作，增强高校思想政治教育的针对性，已成为高校教育中的突出问题。思想政治教育载体是思想政治教育工作中必须要运用的一个中介手段，其载体选用恰当与否，直接关系到思想政治教育工作的实际效果。当前高校思想政治教育载体形式多样，如何改进和发展思想政治教育新载体，是当前高校思想政治教育不可回避的现实问题。本文着重通过分析“职业生涯规划”作为高校思想政治教育新载体的一些特有功能和必要性，尝试着研究“职业生涯规划”与“高校思想政治教育”结合的可行性。这一研究不仅坚持了以人为本的教育理念，在实践领域也是一种探索和创新。从某种程度上讲，这一新载体丰富了高校思想政治教育载体的形式，迎合了特定历史时期的发展需要，满足了大学生的个性化需求。本文主要由七个部分组成：第一部分是引言，阐述该问题的研究现状、研究思路、研究必要性及不足之处。第二部分：阐述高校思想政治教育载体的内涵、建设原则及相关概述。第三部分：概括当前高校思想政治教育载体的现状、运用情况及其作用。第四部分：主要探讨高校思想政治教育载体在使用过程中所存在的问题，并针对这些问题进行原因分析。第五部分：主要阐述职业生涯规划的相关理论及其载体形式的特点和作用，为进一步研究职业生涯规划载体提供理论支撑。第六部分：从载体运用和发展的可行性出发，将“职业生涯规划”作为一种载体形式，进行可行性分析。第七部分：从职业生涯规划新载体的视角出发，给出高校思想政治教育新载体建设的可行性建议。关键词：高校思想政治教育；新载体；职业生涯规划IAbstractIt’sadifficulttaskwearefacingnowtoimproveandcreatethecarrierofcollegeideologicalandpoliticaleducation.Withthechangeincollegestudents’life,studyandwork,theeffectsthecollegeideologicalandpoliticaleducationhasareincreasinglybecomingafocusforthesociety,howtoimplementthecareerofcollegeideologicalandpoliticaleducation,andhowtoenhancethetargetofcollegeideologicalandpoliticaleducationhavebeenbecomingremarkableproblemsofhighereducationinthenewhistoricalcondition.Ideologicalandpoliticaleducationcarrierisaninter-mediathatcouldbeappliedinthecareerofideologicalandpoliticaleducation,whetherthecarrierisappropriatedirectlyhasmuchtodowiththepracticaleffectsofideologicalandpoliticaleducation.Nowadaystherearemanykindsofideologicalandpoliticaleducationcarriers,buthowtoimproveanddevelopthenewcarriersisainevitabletruthinthefieldofideologicalandpoliticaleducation.Thispassagetriestoanalyzesomespecialfunctionsandnecessitiesaboutoccupationcareerplanningasanewcarrierofideologicalandpoliticaleducation,mainlystudiesthefeasibilityofcombinationbetween“occupationcareerplanning”and“ideologicalandpoliticaleducation”.Notonlythisresearchcouldmaintaintheeducationconceptof“peopleoriented”,butalsoit’saexplorationandcreationinpractice.Toacertaindegree,thenewcarriernotonlyenrichest
