Along with University education development in our country , by the year 1911 ,there were 1075 colleges in six main administrative region combined, currently presumably due old thousand universities library is faced with the reconstruction of repair or has been repaired, old house needs to be repaired on a regular basis. In recent years, many colleges and universities plan to repair the old library. In a sense, excellent architectural renovation design of university library can promote the function. Because each university library form is differ, each has its own characteristics, after years of use , university library need to be repaired, the modification effect is determined by retrofit scheme.
