摘要团体操是一项集体表演项目,是体育与艺术高度结合,能够表达一定主题思想以及文化内涵的团体表演。以曲阜师范大学运动会开幕式团体操表演为例,对各系团体操的表演影像资料进行对比分析,进而探讨高校团体操的创编要素以及训练的特点,能够提高团体操的创编水平,为团体操的创编与训练的发展提供借鉴。不断创新和总结高校团体操创编和训练的经验对改革学校体育教学,推动素质教育的全面实施具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文通过运用文献资料法、对比分析法、影像资料分析法以及逻辑分析等多种方法,以曲阜师范大学2011春季运动会开幕式为例,对各院系团体操的影像资料进行了观察比较,从各院系团体操的创编风格、主题思想、表演风格及训练技巧等方面进行了分析,研究结果表明:1、音乐的不同渲染的氛围也就不同,在编排的动作节奏、队形图案方面也会受到影响。在进行校园小型团体操动作创编时,动作不仅要配合音乐更要紧扣主题。要加强听音乐的能力,让学生尽早接触音乐,反复的听音乐,使表演的动作和音乐融为一体。2、团体操的训练要从基本功下手,同时要注重队形和组图案的训练,并结合服装、道具的表演。应该选择学习接受能力比较强、纪律性好的学生,在进行训练时要注重表演骨干的培养。上场下场设计要新颖独特,要迅速有激情。在训练中要做到快速整齐,与众不同。模拟表演是整套团体操训练工作中的最后冲刺部分,是训练的关键时期。3、团体操在进行创编设计的时候主题要鲜明突出,与团体操的目的与任务内容相互联系与统一,还要尽量反应学生的精神特色与热情;动作的选择也应该与主题音乐相协调;服装道具的选择要新颖、创新。关键词:高校小型团体操创编训练AbstractGymnasticsisacollectiveperformances,sportsandartcombinehighly,toexpressacertainthemeandtheculturalconnotationofthegroupperforming.QufuNormalUniversityGamesopeningceremonygroupgymnasticsperformanceasexample,thecollegegymnasticsperformanceimagedataforcomparativeanalysis,andthenexplorethecollegegroupgymnasticsteachingelementsandfeaturesofthetraining,canimprovethedesignlevelofgymnastics,gymnasticsteachingandtrainingforthemissiontoprovideareferenceforthedevelopment.InnovationandsummarizetheregimentgymnasticsandtrainingexperienceonReformofschoolphysicaleducation,topromotethefullimplementationofqualityeducationhastheimportanttheoryandthepracticalsignificance.Inthispaper,byusingthemethodofliterature,comparativeanalysis,dataanalysisandlogicalanalysisandothermethods,toQufuNormalUniversity2011springsportsmeetingopeningceremonyasanexample,thefacultymembersgymnasticsimageswereobservedandcompared,fromvariousfacultiesgymnasticsteachingstyle,theme,styleandtrainingskillsaspectsoftheanalysis,theresultsshowthat:1、Musicforthedifferentatmosphereisalsodifferent,inthearrangementoftherhythm,formationpatterncanalsobeaffected.Inthecampusofsmallregimentgymnasticsmovementsofcallisthenics,actionnotonlytomatchthemusictothesubject.Tostrengthentheabilitytolistentomusic,letthestudentsearlyexposuretomusic,repeatedliste
