construction project，this paper set up a risk evaluation model with the fuzzy -net work analysis (F-ANP)，on the basis of the risk evaluation index system of new campus construction project. And the last get the conclusion of the risk assessmen t. On the basis of theory，the paper validates the scient的c and effective of the method by applying the F-ANP tevaluate risks of the construction project of new campus of XX University for example. Finally，the risk prevention measures were proposed according to the risk analysis.
