tennisincollegesanduniversitiesandtheatmosphereatmajorcourseclassroomshavedemonstratedstudents’highinitiatives,butstudentsareconfrontingwiththecontradictionbetweenhighinitiativesandinsufficientpracticingfields.Theformsofteachingevaluationatallschoolsarediversified,buttheprimaryisthesummativeevaluationwiththecombinationoftheoryandskills.(3)Theteachingprocesscomposedbyallelementsofteachingsystemiscomplicatedanddynamic,allofwhicharemutuallylinkedandinteracted.Teachingobjectiveshouldshowstudents’needs;teachingcontentcloselyfocusesontheobjective;teachingmethodsuitsthecontent;andteachingevaluationcanreflecttheteachingprocess.Furthermore,alltheseelementsinfluencethepsychologicalenvironmentsofbothteachersandstudents,andmeanwhileteachersandstudentsmoveintheseelementsdynamically,whicharenotonlyinfluencedbytheseelementsandalsoarerestrictedbythem.Suggestions:TheteachingobjectivesoftennismajorcoursesinPEprogramshouldbeformulatedasthefollowing:(1)Letstudentscommandthetennistheories,skillsandbasictacticsbasedontheunderstandingoftennissport’smovementrulesandalsodevelopstudents’selfabilitiesthroughthestudiesandpracticalactivitiesoftennismajorcourses,ultimatelymakingstudentscapabletoundertakethetennisteachingsandtheguidanceontrainingsoftenniscompetitionatalllevels.(2)PromotetheteachersoftennismajorcoursesinPEprogramtocontinuouslyimprovetheirteachingabilitiesandalsomakechangestoteachingconcepts,transitingfromvaluingteachingmethodsandinitiativestocultivatingstudentslearningmethodsandinitiatives,andencouragingandmotivatingstudentstoparticipateinthedesignofteachingprocess.(3)TheteachingcontentsoftennismajorcoursesinPEprogramshouldbeconstructedundertheguidanceofteachingobjectives,namelyoptimizingthecontentsofmajorcoursesandhencemakingthearrangementofteachingcontentsmorereasonablefromthecultivationofstudentsteachingabilities,thedirectionondifferentgroups’trainingabilitiesaswellasstudentsself-development.Besides,toallowstudentstograspVIIItheteachingcontentsmoreeffectively,therolesoftenniste
