我国货币政策操作目标研究1994-2007 　　摘要:本文通过对我国1994年至2007年货币政策操作目标进行历史回顾和实证分析,认为:在此期间,我国货币政策追求的目标实际上是在稳定汇率的基础上促进我国的经济增长;以后货币政策应以创造稳定的低通胀环境并以此促进经济增长为主要的目标,但同时也要防止汇率过度波动。 　　关键词:货币政策;汇率稳定;低通胀 　　 　　Abstract:Through review and empirical analysis of China’s monetary policy objectives from 1994 to 2007,the author believes that exchange rate stability was the goal of China’s monetary policy during this period .In the future the main goal of monetary policy should be to create a stable low inflation environment and thereby promote economic growth,however,it is also importantto prevent excessive exchange rate v
