摘要作为高等教育的组成部分，通识教育以培养青年人具有广泛的基本知识、技能和 独立人格为目标，是所有大学生都应接受的非专业性的教育。随着信息时代的快速发 展，知识增长速度超过以往任何时代，通识教育也在发生着变化。通过对通识教育定义和信息社会特点的分析，得出信息素质是现代人必须的素 质，信息素质教育是当代通识教育应对知识爆炸的应对策略，信息素质教育是通识教 育在信息时代所应具有的新内涵。国内信息素质的培养主要由信息检索课，这样一门 通识课程承担。自 1981 年教育部颁布《中华人民共和国高等学校图书馆工作条例》 正式以部级文件规定高校图书馆担负信息检索教育以来，高校图书馆就成为了信息素 质教育的主力军。同时信息素质教育需要大量文献资源作为支撑的特点，也使得资源 丰富的高校图书馆可以发挥更大的作用。所以，统筹高校图书馆文献资源和服务，集 合信息检索课、入馆教育和专题培训讲座打造通识教育大课堂具有现实意义。本文从内因和外因两个方面验证了高校图书馆参与通识教育的可行性，接着就图 书馆如何全方位地开展适应通识教育的服务和教学活动展开研究，形成了从图书馆组织结构变革、资源建设到教学活动开展的一套模式。信息检索课是信息素质培养的主力，针对知识增长迅速和信息技术更新换代快的 特点，本文随后对信息检索课从课程内容设置到教学方式方法进行了研究。在信息检索课内容的研究过程中首先由信息素质标准研究开始，随后对 5 年来187 种信息检索教材进行了统计分析，得出行业专家对课程内容的共识。在此基础上，对“十一五”国家级教材和 5 门国家级信息检索精品课程进行了知识模块和教学方法 的研究得出了信息检索课程新的知识模块。网站教学作为信息检索课程教育的一种重要形式，其克服时间和空间障碍的特点 使其在信息素质培养过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但忽略互动和交流是现在课程网站的通病。本文在验证了互动交流对于这门科学技能方法课重要性的基础上，提出以 web2.0 的思想和技术对课程网站予以改造，并提出了一种新的教学网站结构模型。 关键词：通识教育 信息素质 高校图书馆 信息检索课 知识模块 网络教学IAbstractAs the component of higher education, general education aim to cultivate young man with extensive basic knowledge, skills and independent personality, it is nonprofessional education that should be accepted by all college students.
