The ratsin Mica group were received daily intragastric administration of Mica（120mg/kg）before the establishment of modle. All rats were killed in 5 days. The colonic mucosal damage index(CMDI) and Chiu were evaluated. The expression of COX2 and HSP70 were measured by biochemical and immunohistochemical methods.Results: Compared with the norm
