AbstractTechnologicalinnovationisthekeytoenhancethecorecompetitivenessofenterprises.Withthepluralismandglobalizationofeconomy,themarketbecomemoreandmorecomplex,theuserdemandstructureanddemandlevelisundergoingtremendouschanges,theriskcoefficientoftechnologicalinnovationismoreandmorehigh.Inthissituation,theenterpriserelyonitsownstrengthalonetocarryoutinnovationisverydifficulttoobtainacompetitiveadvantage,andallowinguserstoparticipateininnovationhasbecomeaneffectivewaythatenterprisebeyondtheirownlimitationsandgainmarketposition.Theuserhasbeenprovedtobeanimportantsourceoftechnologicalinnovation,andthetechnologicalinnovationbasedonuserparticipationisawin-winwaytohaveimportantpracticalsignificance.Networkeliminatesthegapbetweenenterprisesandusersinthespace,resultinginavarietyofuserinnovationmodel.Forexample,theuserinnovationmodelbasedonsocialmedia,theuserinnovationmodelbasedoncrowdsourcing,andtheuserinnovationmodelbasedonmaker,andsoon.Throughthesemodels,theuserscanproviderequirements,experience,innovativeideasorinnovativeproductstotheenterprise,andhelpenterprisetosolveprofessionalproblem.TheMotivationofuserinnovationgenerallyinclude:theuseofdemand,economicormaterialbenefitsneeds,socialneedsorpsychologicalneeds,anddifferentmotivationswillleadtodifferentresultsofinnovation.Xiaomicompanyisaexampleofuserinnovativepracticeinrecentyears,theygatheredusersthroughtheonlinecommunity,createproductsconstantlyaccordingtouserneedsandexperiences,andallowuserstoparticipateinproductdevelopment,testingandproduction.Asanewinternetcompany,therapiddevelopmentisinseparablefromtheextensiveapplicationofuserinnovationstrategy.Inthenetworksociety,theuserinnovationwithvigorousvitalityandstrongmomentumofdevelopmentisaffectingenterprisesinnovationmodel.Technologicalinnovationactivitiesaretransformingtotheuserasthecenter,socialpracticeasthestage,userparticipationandopeninnovationasthecharacteristic.Enterprisestofullyexcavateandutilizetheuserinnovationresourceswillbecomethekeytoachievebetterandfasterde
