哈尔滨工业大学管理学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学管理学硕士学位论文 - - II - Abstract Industry-university-institute cooperation is the cooperation and communication made by enterprises, scientific research institutions and universities under the principle of common development, complementary advantages and mutual benefit. Industry-university-research institute (IUR) strategic alliance is an advanced form of Industry-university-research institute cooperation. It is a strategic path for building an innovation-oriented country. University is the body of knowledge innovation for IUR strategic alliance, what role does it play and how to improve the science and technology innovation system via it? Among IUR strategic alliance, teachers in university influence improving the scientific and technological achievements transformation in what factors and how to establish universities and research development model. Those are important issues to optimize the operation system and management model for IUR strategic alliance. Therefore, it is very important to study and define the development ideas for promoting a rapid and healthy development of IUR strategic alliance. Here, to solve those problems, we study several issues as follows: Firstly, we study the influences on IUR strategic alliance from university teachers. In this paper, we select 20 national university science parks as study case. Also, we collect teacher information that national university science parks relying, including number of full-time teachers, academicians count, the number of senior teachers and the number of key laboratories. Then we analyze correlation between those four factors and the number of enterprises settled in these parks. We also use Bayes classification algorithm for data whose labels are given by national science and technology and the ministry of education to verify teacher factors on what impact the final classification. Secondly, we study how to build university faculty and IUR collaborative development model. Through
