华华中科技大学硕士学位论文IIIIAbstractIn the nineties of the 20th century, industrial clusters show a strong and lasting competitive advantage in regional economic development in various countries. Practice has proven that excellent learning ability and high learning efficiency of industrial cluster is one of the most important elements that promote the innovation and development of clusters. Entrepreneur is the carrier of innovation and the real driver of economic development. It has important theoretical value and practical significance to research on entrepreneurial learning problems under the background of industrial cluster.First of all, this paper used the literature study method, researched on literatures related to industrial cluster, entrepreneur and entrepreneurial learning. Secondly, on the basis of study on literatures related to the content of entrepreneurial learning, the paper compiled inventory about the content of entrepreneurial learning combined with interview and other research methods. Through empirical analysis of data getting from questionnaire survey, the paper founded the model of dimension of entrepreneurial learning content, which includes self-learning, business development learning, relationship management learning, and enterprise management learning. Thirdly, combined with the predecessors research conclusions about shared resource in industry cluster, the paper used structural equation modeling approach to research on the effects that shared resources act on entrepreneurial talent learning, and built a path model which show this effect. At last, this paper gave some suggestions on how to optimize shared resources in industrial clusters to promote the learning and development of entrepreneurs.This study aimed to exploring the dimensions of entrepreneurial learning content in the background of industrial cluster, and quest the effect-mechanism how shared resource act on entrepreneurial learning.
