某新升三级医院2014年统计数据分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解某新升三级医院诊疗数据特征，为医院管理决策提供依据。 方法 从门诊工作、住院工作、工作质量等方面对该院2014年统计年报及监测数据进行分析。 结果 2014年门诊人次、出院人次、手术人次比上年明显增长，平均住院日比上年缩短；出院患者中青壮年患者所占比例较高，老年患者占比居第二位，男女性别比为1∶0.91。出院患者疾病分类前6位分别是妊娠分娩和产褥期、消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、影响健康状态与保健机构接触的因素、损伤中毒和外因疾病、肿瘤。全年死亡患者307例，病死率为0.96%。 结论 2014年该院医疗业务运行情况良好，但应积极开展新业务、新技术，夯实医疗内涵，突出专科特色，加强基础设施建设，提高整体实力。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　[关键词] 新升三级医院；统计数据；分析 　　[中图分类号] R197.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）03（c）-0137-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the diagnostic and treatment data feature of one new tertiary hospital and provide basis for hospital management decision. Methods Statistics annual report and monitor data in 2014 were analyzed from outpatient work，hospitalization work and quality of work and other aspects. Results The outpatient visits，discharge number and operation number in 2014 was obviously increased compared with the last year，the average hospitalized day was obviously shorten compared with the last year.Young and adults patients accounted for a higher proportion of discharged patients，on the second place were old patients and the ratio of men to women was 1∶0.91.The top 6 disease of discharged patients was respectively pregnancy and delivery and puerperium，digestive system disease，respiratory disease，the factors impact health state and intacting with health care institution，injury and poison，disease with extrinsic cause and tumor.The death patients in one year were 307 cases and the fatality rate was 0.96%.
