装配线是一种特殊的产品导向布局形式。装配线指的是由一些物料搬运设备连接起来的连续生产线。装配线是一种很重要的技术，可以说，任何有着多种零部件并进行大批量生产的最终产品在某种程度上都采用装配线生产。因此装配线的布置受装配线设备，产品，人员，物流运输以及生产方式等多种因素的影响。The assembly line is a kind of special product oriented layout. The assembly line is composed of a number of material handling equipment to connect the continuous production line. The assembly line is a very important technology,anything with a variety of spare parts and the mass production of the final product to some extent would use the assembly line production. Thus the assembly line is influenced by the equipment product, personnel, logistics and production factors. automobile assembly line is the best embodiment of modern new technology,automobile assembly line design for automobile production has very big stimulative effect, and what decide how the automobile assembly line layout factors are not confined to the factory area, equipment, but also consider many aspects of ergonomic problems.
For plant area of Limited car assembly plant, in order to assemble the smoothness, work efficiency and work convenience, assembly line of automobile frame turn device as part of its assembly line can solve some problems above. This graduation design will descrip from the principle, structure and design of all aspects of comprehensive , for the assembly line of automobile frame device entity production which provide a effective and operable.
