AbstractAsanimportantmeansofprofessionaldevelopmentofideologicalandpoliticalteachers,posttraining’squalityconcernsdirectlytotheprofessionaldevelopmentofideologicalandpoliticalteachers.Throughquestionnairesurveyandinterviews,thecurrentideologicalandpoliticalteachers’trainingstatusisasfollows:(1)Thehighertheleveloftrainingis,thelessteachersattend.(2)Typesofteachers’trainingincludeconcentrationtrainingandnetworktraining.(3)Mostofthetrainingcontentisthespreadofthenewtheoryofcurriculumandpreachmentofteachingtheoryofideologicalandpoliticaleducation.(4)Thetrainingwaysarevarious.(5)Thehighertheleveloftrainingis,themoresatisfactorytheconditionsofthesoftwareandhardwareare.(6)Throughthetraining,ideologicalandpoliticalteachersgetbiggerharvestintheeducationteachingidea,teachingabilityandteachingreflectionability.(7)Mostofthetrainingdoesnotincludeeffectassessment.Aboutthetrainingproblemswecanknowthat(1)Transitionphenomenaofinsufficienttrainingopportunitiesandexcessivetrainingarecoexisting.(2)Theteachingtask,unreasonabletrainingtimearrangementandlackoftrainingfundsarethemainfactorrestrictingtheparticipationintrainingofideologicalandpoliticalteachers.(3)Trainingcontentslantstheoryandthin.(4)Themajorityoftrainingmodewiththeoryandlessofpracticaltype.(5)Theleveloftrainerisnothigh.(6)Someoftrainingsarecharacterizedbycompulsion,commercial,lowlevelandmereformalityofmanagement.(7)Alackofdemandsurveybeforetraining,effectivemanagementintermsoftrainingandeffectassessmentaftertraining.Theexpectationsofideologicalandpoliticalteachersofthetrainingare:(1)Therearemoreopportunitiestoparticipatenationalandprovincialtrainings.(2)Havechancestoparticipateoff-jobtrainingoutside.(3)Trainingcontentisclosetotheteachingpractice.(4)Themodesoftrainingaremorediverse.(5)Hardwareandsoftwareoftrainingmeetsrequirements.(6)Traininggoalsareclearer.(7)Todemandsurveybeforetraining,strengtheningmanagementintermsoftrainingandcompleteeffectassessmentaftertraining.Basedonthegivenresearchconclusion,resolutionsandsuggestio
