健康教育联合心理疏导对白内障门诊患者焦虑抑郁的影响   [摘要] 目的 探讨健康教育联合心理疏导对白内障门诊患者焦虑抑郁的影响。 方法 选择2015年4月~2017年4月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院白内障门诊患者90例,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予健康教育联合心理疏导。比较两组患者护理满意度、焦虑抑郁情绪评分及自尊量表评分。 结果 观察组护理满意度(93.33%)高于对照组(75.56%),差异有统计学意义(P 0.05);护理后两组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,自尊评分高于护理前,且观察组上述评分改善更加显著(P 0.05)。 结论 健康教育联合心理疏导可以缓解白内障门诊患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高自尊心以及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。   [关键词] 健康教育;心理疏导;白内障;门诊;焦虑;抑郁   [中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210(2017)11(b)-0156-03   [Abstrast] Objective To explore the effects of health education combined with psychological counseling on anxiety and depression in outpatients with cataract. Methods A total of 90 cases of cataract outpatients from April 2015 to April 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care and the observation group was given health education combined with psychological counseling on the basis of control group. The nursing satisfaction, scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS), scores of self-esteem scale (SES) were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group(93.33%) was higher than that of control group(75.56%), with statistically significant difference (P 0.05). After nursing, the score of SAS and SDS were all lower than those of before nursing, the score of SES was higher than that of before nursing, and the scores above in the observation group changed more significantly, with statistically significant differences (P 0.05). Conclusion Health education combined with psychological counseling can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of cataract outpatients, promote the self-esteem and nursing satisfaction.
