AbstractCeriumoxidepolishingpowderbecauseofitsadvantagesofexcellentpolishingperformanceandlongerservicelife,hasreplacedthealuminaandferricoxidepolishingpowders,sowellitiswidelyusedininpolishingindustry.Inthisarticle,weuseCFDsoftwaretosimulateandoptimizatethecrystallizerstructureaccordingtothecharacteristicsofceriumcarbonateoptimizationandprocessparameters;Simulatiingtheprocessofreactionofceriumchlorideandammoniumhydrogencarbonateformationofceriumcarbonateparticles,effectofceriumcarbonateparticlesdispersionfactor.Usingmultiphaseflowmodel,standardk-εmodelandmultiplereferenceframetosimulatetheflowfieldoffliudinthree-dimensionalDTBmold.Theconcentrationdistributionofparticlesandthemixingtime,velocitydistributionandshearratedistributionastheindex,structureandprocessparametersofmouldwasoptimized,mainlyinspectsthefeedingbladeinstallationlocation,height,andstirringspeedonthemoldofceriumcarbonateparticlesdispersioncharacteristicsinfluence.Throughthesimulationcalculationshowsthat:inthebladenearthefeed,bladeheightisH/3,themixingeffectofparticles;forthestirringspeed,needstobeanalyzedaccordingtothespecifichybridpropertiesofparticles,stirringspeedisgreaterthanthecalculatedbythecriticalspeedofparticlessuspended.Usingmultiphaseflowmodel,standardk-εmodelandmultiplereferenceframe,tosimulatetheceriumchlorideandammoniumhydrogencarbonatereactionprocessoftwo-dimensionalmold.Thevelocitydistributionofthesizeoftheregionandthereactionresultantceriumcarbonateparticlesandchemicalreactionzonebyshearratedistributionasindex,theprocessoperationparameterswereoptimized,mainlyinspectsthedispersionspeed,reactantconcentrationonthechemicalreactionofceriumcarbonateparticlesmixingeffect.Throughthesimulationcalculationshowsthat:theappropriateincreaseofstirringspeedcanincreasetheuniformityofresultantceriumcarbonateparticlesize;alongwiththeincreaseofreactantconcentration,thereactantmassfractionofCeCl3is0.306,themassfractionofNH4HCO3is0.408,thehighestamountofceriumcarbonateparticles,thereactionefficiencyistheh
