User-friendlyDesignoverviewofBirthingCenterinGeneralHospitalSpecialty：ArchitectureDesignandTheoryCandidate：WangJuanSupervisor：LiMinProfessorateSeniorArchitectAbstractUser-friendlydesignoverviewofbirthingcenterisanimportantperformanceofthebiological,psychological,socialandholisticmedicine.IntheprocessofChinasdevelopmentofthehospital,user-friendlydesignisconsideredtomeetthethesocialconsumerdemand,promotenaturalchildbirth,oneofthemeanstoreducetherateofcaesareansection.Westernsocietysincethe1960s,the1970sattentionhumanemodeofdeliveryservices,ourcomprehensivehospitalbirthcenterhumanizeddesignaspectsoftheresearchisstillinitsinfancy,architecturaltheorylagsbehindtheneedsofsociety.Thisledtotheauthorfromtheuseofbehavioralrequirements,architecturalspace,technicalequipmentandotheraspectsofhumanbirthcenterstudydesign.Inthispaper,naturalchildbirthandtheirfamiliesbehavioralneedsasthestartingpoint,throughtheoreticalanalysisandcasestudies,fromphysiologicalneeds,psychologicalneedsandsocialneedsthreegeneralhospitalbirthcentersweresummarizedbehavioralneeds,includingcontinuityofcareneedsspace,privacyneeds,prenatalregulationofphysiologicalandpsychologicalstress,andimprovetheoriginalfunction,improvespatialqualityandsoon.Demandfortheseactsproposedgeneralhospitalbirthingcentershumanestrategy,keyresearchfromtwoperspectives,thefirstisthenatureofmodernphilosophyentirelydeparturechildbirthcenterdesignandstrategy;followedisstillthedominantpositiontraditionalbirthcenterhumanizeddesignimprovements.Specificmeasuresincludetheimportanceofhumanexternalspaceenvironment,continuouscarespace,privacy,space,perfectoriginalfunction,richservicemodeltoimprovethespatialquality.Finally,Iparticipateintwospace-basedtraditionalprojectdelivery,fromthepracticesummarizesthecurrentimplementationofuser-friendlydesign,andpointedoutoneoftheadvancesandlimitations.Keywords:Birthingcenter,Specialist,User-friendlyDesign,GeneralHospital,Architecturaldesign目录1绪论...................................................................
