摘要文章通过对历年来,长沙中考语文命题进行分析,特别是对2003 摘要 文章通过对历年来,长沙中考语文命题进行分析,特别是对2003 年长沙中考语文命题全面反馈调查,指出其在命题意图、命题方式、 命题题型结构、命题细则等方面存在一定的不足,客观上偏离了素质 教育理念。 对照近年来全国主要城市北京、南昌、广州的中考语文命题,指 出它们在命题中有共同的不足之处,无论是内容还是形式都未体现以 “学生发展为本”的素质教育理念。长沙中考语文命题因多年来坚持 稳中求变的命题思路,它的变化在全国中考语文中有典型意义,能说 明中国多数省市命题改革进程实际。 中考语文命题应体现考试理论、素质教育理念。它的定位应充分 考虑现有初中语文教学实际,逐步淡化为高中语文教学选拔苗子的选 拔功能,强化对初中语文教学的检查评价和今后教学指导的导向功 能。命题应注重对初中学生语文综合素养的全面检测,体现素质教育 的创新理念,促进新课程改革的顺利实施。它应引导初中语文教学进 行课改,促进教师教育水平的提高。 中考语文命题,可设计试卷以主观题为主,客观题为辅,检测学 生的实际语文能力,尤其检测学生分析问题、解决问题的能力。试题 应淡化对教材知识点的考查,内容应符合教材覆盖面的广度,同时重 视课外语文阅读的考查。命题应重视口语交际的考查。设计的题型, 应注重多给学生更广阔的思考空间,激发学生的创新思维。因此,应 重视命题内容形式的科学选择,同时重视命题完善 Abstract , In this article ,by analysis of Chinese proposition of high school entrance examination in Changsha over the years, especially all-sided investigation and fe.edback of proposition of 2003,it points out that there are certain deficiencies in Chinese proposition of high school entrance examination of Changsha ,such as the proposition intention , proposition style ,proposition structure ,and proposition rules and regulations ,etc.. which objectively deviates from quality-oriented education theory. By contrast of Chinese Proposition in main cìties including Beijing 、Nanchang and Guangzhou ,the paper presents the common deficiencies of them,whether the content or the style ; it doesnt reflect well the quality一oriented education theory which based on the students development. Owing to the leitmot iv of transformation on the basis of stabi1ization t the transformation of Chinese proposition of high school entrance examination in changsha has typical significance , and reflects the innovation course of most cities in China. The Chinese propos .i tion of high school entranc e examinat ion shou ld refl ect the qual ity-or i.ented education theory. The orientation of it should fully take the existed Chinese teaching reali ty of junior middle school into account , and desalt the function of choosing the best of students for t
