The traditional leading industries including internet, real estate, financial industry those promoting effection on the economy are weakened significantly. States are all seeking new economic growth point. In this context, the comprehensive construction and promotion of Internet of Things are put on the agenda. However, the research on Internet of Things industry of our country at present is still in the conceptual and local application stage, the true scale of the industry has not yet formed. In the process of growth of The Internet of Things, we will encounter many obstacles such as the form of industrial chain is incomplete, the relationship of cooperation and competition is not clear, the individual interests of the industrial member companies are inconsistent with the collective interests, the immaturity of the market lead to the friction of market transactions, lack of innovation. However, the domestic research for the Internet of Things is still in the macro outlook, building of industry chain, exploring the application of specific industry. But research less for its growth. Therefore, this paper chooses the perspective of the design of mechanism to research the growth of Internet of Things. First, review and summarize the theory of industrial chain, the present situation of Internet of Things and its development trend, its architecture and application through the inspection of the relevant literature data. On this basis, this paper analysis the industrial chain of Internet of Things and its relationship of cooperation and competition. Then, we can find several issues through series of analysis of market mechanisms this stage.
