AKIP1PKA在上皮性卵巢癌组织中表达及临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨AKIP1、PKA在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与预后的关系。 方法 选择72份卵巢癌组织标本，采用免疫组化法检测AKIP1、PKA蛋白在卵巢癌组织的表达情况，同时选择30份正常卵巢癌组织进行对照。并对患者进行随访，分析AKIP1、PKA的表达与患者预后的相关关系。 结果 上皮性卵巢癌组织AKIP1、PKA表达阳性率低于正常卵巢组织，不同TNM分期及病理分化程度上皮性卵巢癌组织AKIP1、PKA的表达阳性率存在显著差异（P ＜ 0.05），AKIP1、PKA阳性表达的卵巢癌患者两年生存率高于AKIP1、PKA阴性表达患者。 结论 AKIP1、PKA的表达缺失与上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展有关，并且能够对预后进行评估。 　　[关键词] 上皮性卵巢癌；AKIP1；PKA；肿瘤分期；分化；预后 　　[中图分类号] R737.31 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2012）16-0031-03 　　Expression and clinical significance of AKIP1 and PKA in epithelial ovarian cancer 　　ZHANG Hong 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Staff-worker Hospital of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Company, Hangzhou 310022, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of AKIP1 and PKA in epithelial ovarian cancer and correlation with prognosis. Methods 72 cases tissue specimen of epithelial ovarian cancer were selected and stained with immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of AKIP1 and PKA, and 30 cases tissue specimen of normal ovary were selected as control groups, and all patients were follow-up visited, correlation between expression of with AKIP1 and PKA with prognosis were analyzed. Results Expressive positive rate of AKIP1 and PKA was lower in epithelial ovarian cancer than in normal ovary, expressive positive rate of AKIP1 and PKA was discrepant in different TNM stage and differentiation of epithelial ovarian cancer, survival rate in two years was higher in patients with positive expression of AKIP1 and PKA than in patients with negative expression of AKIP1 and PKA. Conclusion Expression deletion of AKIP1 and PKA was correlative with genesis and progression of epithelial ovarian cancer, and could appraisal to prognosis. 　　[Key words] Epithelial ovarian cancer; AKIP1; PKA; Tumor stage; Differentiation; Prognosis 　　卵巢癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤，卵巢癌的恶性程度高，极富侵袭力，早期诊断十分困难，预后差，临床治疗多难以取得满意的效果。卵巢癌的发生与细胞的异常增殖及凋亡机制的失调有关[1]，在恶性肿瘤发生时，与肿瘤相关的标志性细胞因子多表达异常，并能够为肿瘤的定性诊断提供具有价值的线索。AKIP1、PKA是近年研究发现的与细胞周期调控密切相关的细胞因子，本文就其在上皮性卵巢癌的表达及其价值进行
