45例高龄产妇发生妊娠期高血压相关因素分析 　　摘 要 目的：探究高龄产妇发生妊娠期高血压的相关因素，为临床上高龄产妇妊娠期高血压疾病的预防和治疗提供参考依据。方法：回顾性分析调查高龄产妇412例，其中妊娠期高血压疾病产妇45例，采用单因素和非条件多因素回归对可能与妊娠期高血压发生的危险因素进行筛选分析。结果：单因素结果分析显示，妊娠期高血压疾病的相关因素有文化程度、心理状态、孕前BMI、产前检查次数、产次、慢性高血压史和高血压家族史。以上因素进行多因素logistic回归分析，结果显示，高龄产妇的文化程度、孕前BMI、产次、慢性高血压史和高血压家族史为妊娠期高血压疾病的危险因素。结论：高龄产妇应加强孕产妇的临床检测，提高孕期的保健意识，还应合理饮食，以此避免或减少妊娠期高血压疾病的发生。 　　关键词 高龄产妇 妊娠期高血压 相关因素分析 　　中图分类号：R714.246 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）15-0037-03 　　Analysis of risk factors of gestational hypertension occurred in 45 cases of advanced age parturient women* 　　YIN Haiyan**， QU Ying， FENG Liying 　　（Shatian Hospital of Dongguan City， Dongguan 523980， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the risk factors of gestational hypertension occurred in the advanced age parturient women so as to provide reference basis for its prevention and treatment. Methods： The data from 412 cases of advanced age parturient women were retrospectively analyzed， in which there were 45 cases with gestational hypertension. The risk factors possibly related to gestational hypertension were screened and analyzed by single factor and the unconditioned multi-factor logistic. Results： Single factor analysis results showed that factors related to gestational hypertension were involved in educational level， psychological states， BMI before pregnancy， frequency of prenatal examination and childbirth， history of chronic hypertension and family history of hypertension. The multivariate logistic regression analysis of the above factors showed that educational level， BMI before pregnancy， frequency of childbirth， history of chronic hypertension and family history of hypertension were the risk factors for gestational hypertension. Conclusion： The advanced age parturient women should strengthen their clinical examination， improve the awareness of health care， and eat a healthy balanced diet so as to avoid or prevent the occurrence of gestational hypertension. 　　KEY WORDS advanced age parturient women； gestational hyp
