DR与多层螺旋CT在胫骨平台隐匿性骨折诊断中回顾性分析 　　【摘要】 目的：回顾性分析DR和多层螺旋CT在胫骨平台隐匿性骨折诊断的价值。方法：选取2010年6月-2016年6月在笔者所在医院就诊的60例高度怀疑为胫骨平台隐匿性骨折的患者，对60例患者同时进行佳能DR及64排128层的GEOPTIMA660 CT检查，将扫描结果交由两名高年资影像学医师进行读片，明确诊断是否存在骨折，同时对比两种方法对胫骨平台隐匿性骨折的检出率。结果：在60例初诊为阴性但是临床怀疑为胫骨平台隐匿性骨折的患者中，佳能DR共检出9例，而CT检出15例，检出率明显高于DR扫描，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对于胫骨平台隐匿性骨折的患者，普通的DR扫描检出率较低，往往会出现漏诊的情况，而采用多层螺旋CT检测，则可以显著提高检出率，帮助临床制定后续诊疗计划。 　　【关键词】 DR； 多层螺旋CT； 胫骨平台隐匿性骨折； 诊断 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.14.027 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）14-0050-03 　　Retrospective Analysis of DR and Multi Slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Occult Fracture of Tibial Plateau/YE Yi-yong.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（14）：50-52 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To retrospectively analyze the DR and multi slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of occult fracture of tibial plateau.Method：From June 2010 to June 2016 in our hospital，60 cases of highly suspected tibial plateau occult fracture patients were checked by Canon DR and GEOPTIMA660 CT with 64 rows and 128 layers at the same time.The scan results were read by two senior radiologists to make sure whether there was a clear diagnosis of fracture.At the same time，the detection rates of occult tibial plateau fractures by two methods were compared.Result：Among the patients with occult tibial plateau fractures，who were diagnosed with a negative result by the first visit but clinically suspected，Canon DR were detected 9 cases，while CT detected 15 cases.The detection rate of CT was significantly higher than that of DR，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The detection rate of occult fractures of tibial plateau with normal DR scanning is lower and frequent never dignosed.But using the multi slice spiral CT to detect can significantly increase the detection rate and help to formulate the subsequent treatment plan. 　　【Key words】 DR； Multi slice spiral CT； Occult fracture of tibial plateau； Diagnosis 　　First-author’s address：Dongguan Xiegang Hospital，Dongguan 523000，China
