MRCPERCP以及两者结合对肝外胆道结石应用价值 　　【摘要】 目的：评价磁共振胰胆管水成像技术（MRCP）和内窥镜逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）对肝外胆管结石的诊断及临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析了本院经手术或病理及临床证实肝外胆管结石21例的MRCP及ERCP表现。结果：MRCP：胆总管结石并胆管扩张14例，胆总管结石3例，胆总管结石3例，未见结石仅胆总管轻度扩张1例。ERCP：胆总管结石并胆管扩张11例，肝总管结石并肝外胆管扩张1例，胆总管结石3例，疑肝总管结石2例，疑胆总管结石1例，疑胆总管下端狭窄梗阻3例。结论：MRCP与ERCP对肝外胆管结石均有较高的阳性检出率，两种影像学检查各有其优缺点，应根据患者病情合理选择检查方法。 　　【关键词】 磁共振成像； 胆道； 胆石 　　Application Value of ERCP， MRCP and Combination of These in Diagnosis of Chronic Extrahepatic Cholelithiasis/ZHANG Dao-en， RAN Qiang， XING Jing-dan， et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（31）：030-032 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To evaluate the application value of water imaging of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in the diagnosis of extrahepatic bile duct stones. Method： ERCP and MRCP of 21 cases of extrahepatic bile duct stones in our hospital who confirmed by surgery or pathological and clinical were retrospective analyzed. Result： MRCP： Bile duct dilatation of common bile duct had 14 cases， 3 cases of common bile duct， 3 cases of suspected common bile duct stones， no stones only mild dilatation of common bile duct 1.
