Pilon骨折患者应用有限内固定加外固定支架混合固定治疗效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨Pilon骨折患者应用有限内固定加外固定支架混合固定治疗的效果。 方法 随机选取该院2013年3月―2014年3月收治的80例Pilon骨折患者，将其随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例），对照组和观察组分别采用切开复位内固定法和混合固定法进行治疗，观察其治疗效果。 结果 术后6个月及1年，Ⅱ型骨折Mazur评分，观察组与对照组相比，对照组明显偏高（P0.05）；III型骨折Mazur评分，观察组与对照组相比，观察组明显偏高（P0.05）。并发症的发生率，观察组与对照组相比，观察组明显偏低（P0.05）。 结论 Pilon骨折患者行混合固定法治疗，能有效降低患者术后并发症的发生率，改善患者的踝关节功能。 　　[关键词] 骨折固定术；混合固定；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（a）-0019-03 　　Effect of Mixed Fixation with Limited Internal Fixation and External Fixation in the Treatment of Pilon Fracture 　　SONG Lin-lin 　　Department of Spine Trauma， Laixi People’s Hospital， Laixi， Shandong Province， 266600 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of mixed fixation with limited internal fixation and external fixation in the treatment of Pilon fracture. Methods 80 cases with Pilon fracture admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were randomly divided into two groups， the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each. The control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation， the observation group were treated with open reduction and mixed fixation. And the clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results Six months and one year after surgery， the control group had higher Mazur score of type II fracture than the observation group （P0.05）. The observation group had higher Mazur score of type III fracture than the control group （P0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P0.05）.
