CT引导下经皮永久性组织间植入125I粒子治疗中晚期肺癌近期疗效分析及护理 　　[摘要]目的 探讨CT引导下经皮永久性组织间植入125I粒子治疗中晚期肺癌的近期疗效。方法 回顾性分析2013年1月～2014年6月于我院就诊的60例中晚期肺癌患者的临床资料，依据治疗方法分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例。对照组给予单纯化疗治疗，观察组采用CT引导下经皮永久性组织间植入125I粒子治疗联合化疗。对比分析两组患者近期疗效与生存质量。 结果 治疗两个疗程后，观察组总有效率83.33%，明显高于对照组总有效率56.67%，差异具有统计学意义（x2=7.82，P0.05）。观察组患者生存质量改善率50.00%，明显优于对照组生存质量改善率26.67%，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 CT引导下经皮永久性组织间植入125I粒子联合药物化疗治疗中晚期肺癌，疗效显著，能提高患者生存质量，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 125I粒子；KPS评分；非小细胞肺癌；护理 　　[中图分类号] R374.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）14-165-03 　　Analysis of short-term curative effect and nursing of CT-guided percutaneous permanent interstitial implantation of 125I seeds implantation in the treatment of advanced lung cancer 　　ZOU Xiuzhen 　　Yangshan Peoples Hospital，Yangshan 513100，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore short-term curative effect and nursing of CT-guided percutaneous permanent interstitial implantation of 125I Seeds implantation in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.
