MIF和MMP2在宫颈癌中表达及临床意义 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在宫颈癌的表达及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测68例宫颈癌组织、24例宫颈上皮内瘤病变(CIN)组织和21例正常宫颈组织(对照组)中MIF及MMP-2的表达,并对宫颈癌组织MIF与MMP-2表达进行相关性分析。结果 宫颈癌组MIF和MMP-2阳性表达率显著高于CIN组和对照组;宫颈癌组不同临床分期、组织分化、有无淋巴结转移之间比较,MIF和MMP-2的阳性表达率均有显著性差异(P0.05),且二者表达强度呈显著正相关(r=0.82, P0.05)。结论 MIF和MMP-2过表达可能与宫颈癌的发生、发展有关,二者联合检测可作为评估宫颈癌恶性程度、判断预后及指导治疗的重要参考指标。? 　　【关键词】 宫颈癌;巨噬细胞移动抑制因子;基质金属蛋白酶-2;免疫组织化学 　　Expression and clinical significance of MIF and MMP-2 in cervical cancer 　　TAN Chen, LUO Zhao-yang. 　　 Cancer Institute, University of South China, Hengyang Hunan,Hengyang 421001,China 　　? 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) in cervical cancer.Methods SP immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of MIF and MMP-2 in 68 cases of cervical cancer, 24 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue(control group). Correlation was analysed between MIF and MMP-2 expression in cervical cancer tissues. Results The positive rates of MIF and MMP-2 were higher in cervical cancer group than in CIN group and control group (P0.01). In cervical cancer group, there were also significant differences of MIF and MMP-2 positive rates among the different clinical stages, among the different pathological grades and between the different lymph 　　node involvement (P0.05). There was positive correlation between the expression of MIF and MMP-2 in cervical cancer tissues.(P0.05). Conclusion The excessive expression of MIF and MMP-2 is associated with the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
