EdinburghⅡ型A组2型锁骨骨折四种不同手术内固定方式临床对比研究 　　[摘要] 目的 比?^四种固定方式在EdinburghⅡ型A组2型锁骨骨折治疗中的效果，阐明其临床应用价值。 方法 选择我院接收的EdinburghⅡ型A组2型锁骨骨折患者120例，随机分为A、B、C、D四组，分别实施克氏针内固定、空心加压螺钉内固定、重建钢板内固定和交锁髓内钉固定治疗，就并发症发生情况、疼痛评分或是肩功能评价、手术的一般情况等对四组患者进行对比。 结果 D组的效果显著优于其他三组，与其余三组进行统计学比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 相较于其他三种固定方式，交锁髓内钉固定治疗效果更为显著，能够降低患者并发症的发生几率，减轻患者的疼痛感，能够有效缩短手术时间，减少手术中出血量，促进患者病情和肩功能的快速恢复，有益于提高患者的生活质量；临床应用价值高，值得广泛推行。 　　[关键词] EdinburghⅡ型A组2型锁骨骨折；克氏针内固定；空心加压螺钉内固定；重建钢板内固定；交锁髓内钉固定治疗 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）10-211-03 　　Clinical comparative study of four different methods of internal fixation for EdinburghⅡgroup A type 2 clavicle fracture 　　XIE Qin JIAN Yongwang ZHOU Fenhua ZOU Guang FENG Wanru 　　Department of Orthopaedics，Lechang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Lechang 512200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the effect of four different methods of internal fixation for EdinburghⅡgroup A type 2 clavicle fracture，and to clarify its clinical application value. Methods 120 cases of patients with EdinburghⅡ group A type 2 clavicle fracture cured in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A，group B，group C and group D.They were treated with kirschner wire fixation，cannulated compression screw internal fixation，reconstruction plate internal fixation and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation，respectively. Results The effect of group d was significantly better than the other three groups，compared with the other three groups，（P0.05），it was not statistically different.
