H型高血压临床研究现状与进展 　　【摘要】 同型半胱氨酸（HCY）是蛋氨酸脱甲基产生的一种中间代谢物质，当HCY的水平高于10 μmol/L时，被称作高同型半胱氨酸血症（HHCY）。而H型高血压则是血浆HCY水平超过10 μmol/L的原发性高血压。近年来，我国人民生活水平得到显著提高，饮食结构发生很大变化，以及社会环境影响，使得我国H型高血压发病率出现明显上升，且有继续增多趋势。H型高血压可诱发多种心脑血管疾病，是脑卒中发生的元凶。针对H型高血压发病率逐年上升的现实，采取有效的针对性防治方案并及早发现该病，可有效控制我国心血管疾病及脑卒中的发病率，提高我国总体人口健康水平，开展H型高血压研究有十分重要的现实意义和医学意义。近几年，国内及国外学者对H型高血压进行不断深入研究，大量新的文献资料不断出现，给H型高血压的防治提供较多可参考的资料。本文从H型高血压的定义、危害性、发病机制、治疗、预防等方面对近年来H型高血压研究进展进行综述，旨在能为今后H型高血压的防治工作提供参考依据。 　　【关键词】 H型高血压； 发病机制； 危害性； 防治； 同型半胱氨酸； 叶酸 　　【Abstract】 The homocysteine （HCY） is a kind of intermediary metabolism substance produced by methionine demethylation， and HCY is called high homocysteine （HHCY） when its level is higher than that at 10 μmol/L. H-type hypertension refers to primary hypertension that plasma HCY level exceeded 10 μmol/L. Chinese people’s living standard significantly improved in recent years，， great changes in diet structure and social impact on the environment drove sharp rise in the morbidity of H-type hypertension， and showed continuous increase. H-type hypertension might induce numerous cardiovascnlar and cerebrovascular diseases， and it was the main reason of cerebral apoplexy. In view of the reality that the incidence of H-type hypertension increased year by year， effective targeted prevention scheme and early detection on such disease can effectively control the incidence of cardiovascular disease and stroke in China and improve overall level of population health， and the implementation on H hypertension research delivers important realistic meaning and medical significance. Domestic and foreign scholars continuously deepen researches on H-type hypertension in recent years， and a large number of new literatures appeared constantly， providing more reference information for the prevention and control over H-type hypertension. This definition， harmfulness， pathogenesis， treatment and prevention of summarized research progress on H-type hypertension in recent years are summarized in this paper for
