CDUS在下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征诊治中价值分析 　　【摘要】 目的：通过与数字减影血管造影（DSA）检查对比，分析彩色多普勒超声（CDUS）在下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征诊治中的价值。方法：选取2013年1月-2016年10月本院收治的76例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者为研究对象。运用CDUS观察病变部位、深度、范围、静脉瓣功能、血管内膜完整程度及血管壁厚度、侧支循环建立以及血栓回声特征等情况，对比治疗前后病变情况及治疗前患侧与健侧检测结果。将CDUS检测结果与DSA进行一致性比较，观察结果。结果：在静脉瓣功能、病变部位管内回声强弱、静脉管径、血管内膜情况以及血液流速等方面，对比溶栓治疗前后以及治疗前患肢与健肢，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；CDUS与DSA在不同病变部位上探查结果稍有不同，但差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对于下肢DVT患者，CDUS检查结果与DSA检查结果近乎一致，且具有无创、安全、简便、快捷、动态及重复性高的特点，在下肢DVT早期诊断中具有较高价值，同时可动态监测患者病情，在临床上可作为DSA检测的辅助手段。 　　【关键词】 下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征； 彩色多普勒超声； 数字减影血管造影； 血管情况 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the value of CDUS in diagnosis and treatment of deep venous thrombosis syndrome compared with digital subtraction angiography （DSA），Method：From January 2013 to October 2016，76 cases of DVT patients who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.CDUS was used to observe the depth and range of the lesions，venous valve function，vascular intima integrity and vascular wall thickness，the establishment of collateral circulation and thrombosis echo characteristics，the test result of affected and contralateral sides at prior-treatment were compared，then contracted whith those at posttreatment.The consistency of observations in the CDUS and DSA.Result：Compared with before thrombolytic therapy，the differences of venous valve function，lesion tube echo，vein diameter，intima integrity and the velocity of blood in both affected and contralateral sides at after thrombolytic therapy were all statistically significant（P0.05）.For every patients who checked by CDUS and DSA，the accuracy rate of CDUS was 94.74%，statisticed the results and used Kappa analysis，the value was 0.71，the differences between CDUS and DSA were no statistically significant.Conclusion：The examination results of CDUS and DSA is roughly equal，the CDUS is noninvasive，safe，convenient and fast，it has dynamic characteristics，high repeatability and value in early diagnosis of lower extremity DVT，can dynamic monitoring the condition of patients and u
