人性化护理模式在耳鼻喉科护理中的应用效果探讨
【摘要】 目的 分析研究人性化护理模式在耳鼻喉科护理中的应用效果。方法 92例耳鼻喉科患者, 随机分为对照组和研究组, 各46例。对照组给予常规护理, 研究组在对照组基础上给予人性化护理干预, 对比两组护理效果。结果 研究组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(3.2±1.1)分, 焦虑自评量表 (SAS) 评分为(19.5±10.2)分;对照组患者的VAS评分为(4.4±1.5)分, SAS评分为(25.6±10.6)分;研究组VAS评分和SAS评分均低于对照组, 差异均具有统计学意义 (P0.05)。研究组护理满意度评分为(92.3±10.6)分, 高于对照组的(84.4±9.8)分, 差异具有统计学意义 (P0.05)。结论 对耳鼻喉科患者采取人性化护理干预, 可以使患者不良情绪得以改善, 疼痛明显减轻, 使患者对护理工作的满意程度明显提高, 从而使临床护理质量进一步提高。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and research application effect by humanistic nursing model for nursing in department of otorhinolaryngology. Methods A total of 92 patients in department of otorhinolaryngology were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the research group also received additional humanistic nursing intervention. Nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The research group had visual analogue scale (VAS) score as (3.2±1.1) points, and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score as (19.5±10.2) points. The control group had VAS score as (4.4±1.5) points and SAS score as (25.6±10.6) points. The research group had all lower VAS score and SAS score than the control group, and the differences all had statistical significance (P0.05). The research group had higher nursing satisfaction score as (92.3±10.6) points than (84.4±9.8) points in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion Implement of humanistic nursing intervention for patients in department of otorhinolaryngology can improve unhealthy emotions in patients and relieve their pain. This method can remarkably increase nursing satisfaction in patients, so as to improve clinical nursing quality.
