审美关照实践语境与社会管理创新 　　 摘 要： 审美关照可以强化人们在市场经济活动中的适宜感和审美感受，是一种在功利活动中非功利的、指向更深层的、精神上的情感体验，表达对人的“终极关怀”。中国特色社会主义建设进程中的审美关照，有一个基本着眼点，就是关照普通人的生命际遇，维护和促进其生命历程的健康、美满。对人们生存样态的整体关照，既维护了广大人民群众的安全利益，又强化了社会管理的职能，促使少数社会治安高危人员避免走上危害社会的道路，对这些人成为自食其力的劳动者能够起到重要的匡正作用。从提高办事效率的视角进行审美关照，为每个人的全面发展创造条件，群众满意率则会不断攀升。 　　 关键词： 审美关照； 实践语境； 社会管理； 创新发展 　　中图分类号：C916文献标识码：A文章编号： 1673-9973(2011)03-0022-04 　　 　　The Practical Speaking Surroundings of “Looking After Matters 　　with Appreciation of the Beautiful” and Society Management Innovation 　　LI Xin-shi 　　(The Chinese Peoples’ Armed Police Units’ Academy, Langfang 065000， China) 　　 Abstract: Society management observation points, fields observation points are the foundation of the thesis viewpoints. Looking after matters with appreciation of the beautiful may strengthen people’s feeling comfortable and appreciating the beautiful, which is a practical feeling of not material gain and to deeper spiritual world. It shows “an ultimate care” to people. About appreciation of the beautiful in course of China’s characteristic of socialist construction, there is a basic viewpoint: we must care for ordinary people’s life fortune, keep and accelerate their lives strong and perfect. To care for the variety of the people on the whole, the officers and soldiers not only protect the seaside masses’ safety profit, but also strengthen the society management function, and make the few high-risk group or more easily infected group not do harm to society. It is a useful method to correct these people’ behavior and make them become those who can live by themselves.
