外科证治全生集与洞天奥旨学术思想比较研究 　　摘要：通过对《外科证治全生集》与《洞天奥旨》的比较研究，发现二者在重视阴阳辨证治疗、力主内治，反对轻用外治，以及温药治疗阴证等方面有着相同的学术主张，二者存在学术渊源关系。《外科证治全生集》主要在阴疽的治疗上更具优势，《洞天奥旨》相关论述内容更早且更为丰富，见解较为合理。因此，就通常所论的外科全生派及力主内治的外科学派来说，不能忽视《洞天奥旨》的学术贡献，应该从外科学术流派的角度给予它更高的学术地位。 　　关键词：外科证治全生集；王维德；洞天奥旨；陈士铎；全生派；阴阳辨证；内治；外治 　　中图分类号：R22文献标识码：A文章编号：1673-7717(2012)03-0459-03 　　Comparative Research on the Academic Ideology of Wai Ke Zheng 　　Zhi Quan Sheng Ji and Dong Tian Ao Zhi 　　HE Zhong?jun,ZHOU Xing?lan 　　(Chengdu University of TCM，Chengdu 610075, Sichuan, China) 　　Abstract:After comparative study of Wai Ke Zheng Zhi Quan Sheng Ji and Dong Tian Ao Zhi, it is found that both of them attach importance to the treatment of syndrome differentiation of Yin and Yang, strongly advocate internal treatment, oppose gentle external treatment and have the same academic views on treating the Yin syndrome with warm-natured drugs, etc. In other words, there is certain relationship between them that they are with the same academic sources.Wai Ke Zheng Zhi Quan Sheng Ji mainly has more advantages in the treatment of dorsal furuncle, while from the perspective of Dong Tian Ao Zhi, its relevant richer contents were discussed earlier and the viewpoints are comparatively more reasonable. Therefore, in terms of generally discussed Quansheng sect of external diseases and surgical sects that advocate internal treatment, the academic contribution of Dong Tian Ao Zhi cant be neglected and a higher academic position shall be granted to it from the perspective of academic schools of surgery. 　　Key words:Wai Ke Zheng Zhi Quan Sheng Ji；Wang Weide；Dong Tian Ao Zhi；Chen Shiduo；Quansheng sect； syndrome differentiation of Yin and Yang；internal treatment, external treatment 　　王维德《外科证治全生集》（以下简称为《全生集》）学术界近年讨论较多，学者认为他把外科病症分为阴阳两类，首倡阳和汤等方治疗阴疽，主张“以消为贵，以托为畏”， 运用补法等多有创新，认为是外科全生派的代表性著作[1-2]。最近作者研究发现从学术源流而论这些学术思想大多并不始于王维德，如明代薛己早已论及外科阴阳辨证，长于温补，其后汪机《外科理例》也有类似主张，但更重要者实属清代陈士铎。 　　陈士铎精通内外二科，著述颇丰，有着较高的学术修养，《洞天奥旨》是其外科的代表作，在重视阴阳辨证治疗、力主内治，反对轻用外治，擅长补法等学术主张等多方面与王维德《全生
