上颌牙合垫加前方牵引矫治乳牙反牙合的头影分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究上颌牙合垫矫正器与前方牵引矫治在乳牙反牙合治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 整群选取该院在2011年6月―2013年6月间收治的112例乳牙反牙合患儿的临床资料，根据抽签的方式，将患儿分为两组，其中单号为对照组，双号为观察组，每组各56例病例。对照组单纯采用上颌牙合垫矫正器治疗，观察组采用上颌牙合垫矫正器与前方牵引矫治联合治疗，比较两组患儿治疗前后的X线头影测量情况。结果 在患儿接受治疗前，两组患儿的上牙槽座角、下牙槽座角、上下牙槽座角、下颌平面角对比差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。患儿接受治疗后，观察组的上牙槽座角、下牙槽座角、上下牙槽座角、下颌平面角改善情况明显优于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 上颌牙合垫式矫治器与前方牵引联合应用于治疗乳牙反合其临床治疗效果优于单纯使用上颌牙合垫式矫治器，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 上颌牙合垫；前方牵引矫治；乳牙反牙合 　　[中图分类号] R782.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（c）-0072-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effects of maxillary biteplate appliance combined with maxillary protraction in the correction of deciduous crossbite. Methods The data of 112 children with deciduous crossbite admitted in our hospital from 2011 to June 2013 were selected. According to random lot method， all the patients were divided into two groups， with single number as the control group （n=56） and even number as the observation group （n=56）. Maxillary biteplate appliance was adopted in the control group， while maxillary biteplate appliance combined with maxillary protraction were used in the observation group. The results of X-ray cephalometry before and after treatment of the two groups were done. Results Before treatment， there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups on SNA angle， SNB angle， ANB angle and mandibular plane angle （P? 0.05）. After the treatment， on SNA angle， SNB angle， ANB angle and mandibular plane angle， the observation group was superior to the control group， and there were statistically significant differences between them. （P? 0.05）.
