上颌窦内提升植入Ankylos种植体但未植入骨粉的临床CBCT评价 　　【摘要】 目的：通过CBCT研究上颌后牙区通过上颌窦内提升术植入Ankylos种植体但未植入骨粉的成骨效果。方法：对42例上颌后牙区骨量不足患者通过上颌窦内提升术植入Ankylos种植体，但未植入骨粉。分别在术前、术后6个月和修复后1年进行CBCT检查，选择CBCT上通过种植体中心的矢状面测量新生骨的高度。结果：和术前相比，术后6个月种植体近中和远中新生骨的高度分别为（3.20±0.45）mm和（3.45±0.65）mm，修复后1年则分别为（3.36±0.43）mm和（3.53±0.48 ）mm，与术后6个月相比无明显差别。结论：上颌后牙区骨量不足时，通过上颌窦内提升植入Ankylos种植体，可以获得良好的新骨成骨效果。 　　【关键词】 上颌窦内提升； 锥形束CT； 骨再生 　　The CBCT Evaluation of Placing Ankylos Implant Byclosed Sinus Elevation Technique without Bone Grafting Materials/CUI Jun，MENG Bo，ZHANG Li，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（15）：001-003 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the osteogenesis effects when Anklyos implants were placed by closed sinus elevation technique without bone grafting materials.Method：42 patients with inadequate bone height in maxillary posterior area and Anklyos implants were placed by closed sinus elevation technique without bone grafting materials were evaluated.Each patient was tested by CBCT before implant sugery， 6 months after surgery and 1 year after restoration.The sagittal plane across the implant center was selected to measure the new bone formation.Result：Compared with the original bone height， the new bone height was （3.20±0.45）mm at the mesial surface and （3.45±0.65）mm at the distal surface six months after implant placement， while （3.36±0.43）mm at the mesial surface and （3.53±0.48）mm at the distal surface 12 months after restoration.Conclusion：When there is not enough bone height in maxillary posterior area， an outstanding osteogenesis effects can be achieved by placing Ankylosimplants via closed sinus elevation technique even without bone grafting materials. 　　【Key words】 Closed sinus elevation technique； Cone beam CT； Osteogenesis 　　First author’s address：Peking University Shenzhen Hospital，Shenzhen 518036，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.15.001 　　上颌后牙区牙齿缺失是种植义齿修复的难点，这主要是由于上颌后牙区的垂直骨量不足。引起上颌后牙区骨量不足的原因主要有上颌后牙区骨质疏松易吸收，上颌牙齿缺失后牙槽脊的萎缩，上颌窦的气化等[1]。临床中解决上颌窦底骨高度不足的手段主要有Onlay植骨技术、颧骨种植体、上颌窦内提升技
