中医穴位按摩结合心理干预对门诊静脉采血患者情绪的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨中医穴位按摩结合心理干预对门诊静脉采血患者情绪的影响。方法：将于本院门诊科行静脉采血患者中以随机抽?模式抽出82例，根据护理方法的差异性平均分成观察组和对照组，各41例。其中，对照组选择常规护理模式为患者护理方案，观察组在此基础上加以中医穴位按摩结合心理干预，比较两组患者穿刺情况、不良反应发生率及焦虑评分。结果：护理后，观察组的一次穿刺成功率、护患纠纷发生率、10 min烦躁缓解率及平均等候时间均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组护理后的HAMA评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为9.76%，低于对照组的31.71%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：针对门诊静脉采血患者采取中医穴位按摩结合心理干预，不仅有利于缓解患者心理焦虑症状，还有利于降低不良反应发生率，有效缩短患者的等待时间，同时有助于降低护患纠纷发生率，对促进医院门诊工作的有序开展具有积极的影响作用，值得在临床上大力推广。 　　【关键词】 中医穴位按摩； 心理干预； 门诊静脉采血 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the influence of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） acupoint massage combined with psychological intervention on the emotion of patients in outpatient venous blood collection.Method：Eighty-two patients were randomly selected from venous blood samples collected from outpatient department of our hospital and divided into the observation group and control group according to the difference of nursing methods，41 cases in each group.Among them，the control group chose routine nursing mode for patient care program，the observation group on this basis with Chinese medicine acupressure and psychological intervention，compared the two groups of patients with puncture，the incidence of adverse reactions and anxiety score.Result：After nursing，the success rate of puncture，the incidence of nurse-patient disputes the incidence of 10 min irritability relief and the average waiting time of the observation group were better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）；the HAMA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）；the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group 9.76%，which was lower than 31.71% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The venous blood collection are treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with psychological intervention，not only conducive to
